Shipping and Return Policy

The cost of shipping is based on the weight and destination of your order. We have endeavored to keep shipping as affordable as possible. A shipping calculator can be found on the cart page. Our primary method is shipping is Sendle Post eParcel service. We also use a variety of other transport carriers for particular items and regions. Delivery time is 2-10 business days unless otherwise advised.


We also offer Free local delivery option for certain postal codes. You can find the local delivery as an option at checkout. Our staff will be delivering your orders within 24 hours. 


We do not ship to PO boxes. For international orders please contact us to discuss options. 



Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

By default goods will be sent with "Authority to Leave". This means that if no one is available to sign for a delivery the courier will leave the parcel at the premisis if deemed reasonably secure. If you do not wish for the parcel to be left without being signed for you must indicate this clearly in the order comments. Parcels returned to us as unclaimed are subject to additional postage charges for re-dispatch. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.

Unsigned delivery is available for most of our product range. Some products may not be eligible for unsigned delivery and if this is the case our Customer Service team will advise you by email and / or phone.

At we take great care with packing and dispatching our orders, however occasionally accidents or errors do happen. Notification of damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Missing Parts will be supplied free of charge within 30 calendar days of being notified.

Faulty products may be returned for a full refund providing we are unable to supply missing parts within 30 calendar days of being notified.


You have 7 working days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, unopened and intact.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage charges for returning your item. These postage charges are not refundable.
